Mit dabei waren<strong> Alexandra Handl, Paula Bauer, Lilly Hobelsberger, Nina M\u00fcllner, Leo Labak, Ruben Griesfelder, Jonas Campbell, Tobias St\u00fctz und Gabriel Priller.<\/strong> Geleitet und betreut wurde die Gruppe von den beiden Junior\/innen Trainerinnen <strong>Philumena Bauer und Hannah Bailey<\/strong>.  Auch <strong>Tom Hallwright<\/strong>, Hannahs Lebensgef\u00e4hrte und ehemaliger Rennruderer, unterst\u00fctzte bei der Betreuung und beim Transport vor Ort in Istrien. Untergebracht war die gesamte Mannschaft im Hotel Eden in Rovinj, wo die Gruppe mit Vollpension und Fitnessstudio perfekt versorgt wurde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerudert wurde am sogenannten Limski Kanal, welcher direkt ins Meer m\u00fcndet.  Bis zum offenen Meer konnten die Sportler und Sportlerinnen knapp 10km in eine Richtung rudern, einfach perfekt f\u00fcr lange Ausdauereinheiten. Generell wurde am Tag zwei mal trainiert. Lange Ausdauereinheiten, harte Programme, Rennradtouren und Krafttrainings waren die Trainingsinhalte unserer Rennsportgruppe. Die Bedingungen waren geradezu perfekt, Sonnenschein und 10-15 Grad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es wurden viele Bootskombinationen mit dem <em>RC Wels<\/em> und dem <em>RV Wiking Linz<\/em> ausprobiert, wodurch die Sportler und Sportlerinnen eine gro\u00dfe Abwechslung hatten.
